Construction Monitoring
  • Attend the Contractors site meetings as the Owners Project Manager and participate in the meetings
  • Monitor the construction schedule
  • Provide a detailed Monthly Project Status Report
  • Review the Contractors monthly invoices
  • Issue Payment Certificates
  • Review change orders and provide recommendations
  • Manage potential Tenant fit ups
  • Assist with any specific tendering (security, furniture, racking, etc.)
  • Coordinate final inspections and sign off by the Municipality
  • Prepare the deficiency list & manage corrections
  • Coordinate the substantial completion and occupancy
  • Assist with the move management
Post Construction
  • Follow up with any outstanding deficiencies
  • Assemble warranties, manuals and “as-built” drawings
  • Procurement of owner deposits and letters of credit from the municipality
